Unwrap the Sour Cherry Chewie Fruities. Add Chewie Fruities, frozen sweet cherries, coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold and insert popsicle sticks.
Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid. Gently remove popsicles from the mold and enjoy!

- 1 pack Sour Berry Chewie Fruities
- 32oz lemonade
- 32oz sparkling water
- Lemon, for garnish
- Blueberries, for garnish
- Fresh rosemary or mint, for garnish
Unwrap the Sour Berry Chewie Fruities. Add Sour Berry Chewie Fruities and lemonade to a blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth.
Add crushed ice to glasses. Fill halfway with the sour berry lemonade. Top off with
Garnish with fresh rosemary/mint, lemon, and blueberries.

- 1 ½ cups vanilla yogurt
- 1 ½ cups frozen berries of choice
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup, honey, or agave nectar
- 3-6 tbsp milk, as needed
- Wild Berry Gummi-Snaps
Fill an ice cube tray with yogurt. Freeze for 2 hours or until the cubes are frozen. Combine the frozen yogurt cubes, frozen berries, and maple syrup to a high-speed
blender or a food processor.
Blend ingredients until smooth and creamy. If needed, allow the frozen yogurt cubes to
slightly thaw or add splashes of milk to get the blades moving. Use a tamper to push the
ingredients down while blending, or stop and scrape the sides of the blender to help the
Immediately serve the frozen yogurt. For a classic froyo appearance, use a piping bag
with a large flower tip. Top the frozen yogurt with Gummi-Snaps from Torie & Howard.

Chewie Fruitie Rice Crispy Treats
Line a small square or rectangular dish with parchment paper. Remove wrapping from all of the Chewie Fruities.
Warm a large pot over medium-low heat. Add Chewie Fruities to the pot. Cook, stirring
occasionally with a rubber spatula, until completely melted.
Remove pot from the stovetop. Immediately add crispy brown rice cereal to the pot. Stir
together to evenly coat the cereal.
Transfer mixture to the baking dish. Using clean hands or a rubber spatula, press it
against the bottom of the dish in an even layer. Let it sit for a few minutes before slicing.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour or gluten-free baking flour
- ¾ cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup finely chopped or shredded green apple
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- ⅓ cup melted coconut oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 Sour Apple Chewie Fruities
- Single bag of Tropical Gummi-snaps
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Fill a cupcake pan with green cupcake liners.
In a bowl, combine almond milk and apple cider vinegar. Set aside for 5 minutes. After,
add melted coconut oil and vanilla extract. Mix together.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder,
baking soda, and salt. Mix together. Add the shredded apple and the wet mixture. Mix
together until the flour is evenly incorporated.
02. Pour, Bake & Decorate!
Pour the batter into the cupcake pan, filling each slot ¾ full. Insert a Sour Apple Chewie
Fruitie into each cupcake.
Bake cupcakes for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes
(inside the pan) before removing them to cool completely.
After the cupcakes have cooled, prepare the frosting and decorate the cupcakes with green and yellow Gummi-snaps.
